About Nexus Management
Financial structuring is carried out in conjunction with Agility Securities II, a Luxembourg securitisation fund governed by the Law of 22 March 2004, providing statutory asset segregation and institutional investor protection.

NEXUS Aviation SCSp is the first SCSp managed by Nexus Management. It holds a Dassault Falcon 7X based at Dubai Al Maktoum, operated on charter by Sparfell across GCC, European, and transatlantic routes.

NEXUS Aviation SCSp is the Luxembourg Special Limited Partnership that owns and operates our premium aircraft fleet. The inaugural asset — a Dassault Falcon 7X — is strategically based at Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport.
Operations are conducted under a dry lease arrangement with Sparfell, one of Europe's leading private aviation operators, ensuring world-class charter management across GCC, European, and transatlantic routes.
Agility Securities II
Bespoke Structuring
The financing and acquisition of NEXUS Aviation SCSp LP units can be fully structured through notes issued by Agility Securities II, a Luxembourg securitisation fund. Every solution is designed on a bespoke basis according to the client's objectives.
Direct Asset Ownership
The compartment raises funds through note issuance, then finances the holding company that directly acquires the aircraft. The aviation asset is dematerialised as a note, simplifying portfolio management and succession planning.
Loan Securitisation
The compartment grants a secured loan to the holding company, with the aircraft as collateral. Notes issued are indexed to the total return of the asset, encompassing charter revenues and capital gains at exit.
